Q: How would you want automatic brightness to work?
- I would automatic brightness to work based on the time of the day or how bright the room or environment is

Thanks. The question about automatic brightness was more on how the slider should behave. Now it is quite unusual to be centered after each measurement because the settings for automatic are learned from a user preference.
